Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, most of us suffered from the health issues like gaining the weight, up and down in sugar level, backbone pain, headache, body pain and etc. And we all are aware that an unhealthy body is the home for the new diseases.

Then, How we will maintain our health ??

So, To know the answer let's start our tour by understanding the basics of the Health.

You surely must have heared this phrase " Health is Wealth". Health is one the greatest assets any person can have.If you are healthy, you can do anything. But if you are not healthy, no amount of riches will bring your happiness.

Can one have a healthy body and mind at all the times??

So, The answer is Yes, this is possible. Because health is a matter of choice. No matter that you are having the sufficient money to join the Gym or the Yoga classes. If you can choose to be healthy, You will.

But wait. Don't just start running or do physical exercises. Becoming healthy requires a lot of preparation and planing which is possible during this lock down.

Set a health goal


Firstly you need to define what being healthy for you?. Is it losing weight? Or is it getting rid of the long standing backache? Or is it to increasing your immunity or stamina ?  Or is it making the six pack abs?

Once you will defined it, you will have to set the goal in your mind. Once you set the goal in your mind then you will have to take a commitment by yourself for do the mental or physical exercise all day. But you need to plan how to achieve this goal and we all know that planing is the most difficult or trickiest part of our life.

So, Once you decided your plan then how does you come up with a plan to become healthy?

Find a teacher


Yes, This is your next step. Here ,a teacher does not mean someone from school , college or from universities. You will need to search someone who is getting expertise in that particular field of health and fitness. It could be a gym trainer, Yoga teacher, doctor or a nutritionist. These teachers or gurus having expertise in their field or spent a long tenure to be masters. For you, becoming healthy is your personal goal but for them it is their full time job or duty to make people healthy.

Accept Authority


It is important to accept your teacher's authority completely. You can not just take some tips from them and not follow it through. You need to accept the fact that your teachers know their jobs well. Follow their instructions without having any doubt on them and let them work on you.

Today, everything is available on internet. One you has to google to cross check what the teachers have told. It is nice to be informed, and a second opinion will always a good idea. But remember, technology can not replace your teacher. No online courses on health will have the effect that a personal trainer can have. Even if you are fully healthy,do not neglect your health. Make health your top priority in life.

 A wise master once said,' Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, Faithfulness the best relationship '.
